A recurring disease
Illness as an experience
Illness is always an experience. And our own experiences are the ones that stay deep in our memory and therefore we learn faster. In my life, I have learned that it makes sense to see every experience as exactly that, an experience. Not a tragedy, not a comedy, but a valuable experience that allows me to rise from my ignorance (not-knowing) and unconsciousness.
It's true that sometimes the experience is painful and takes a long time before you understand what your lesson is. It's always like that. Especially with health. As long as you don't understand and ignore the problem, it grows.
Do the medical conditions recur?
Does it happen to you that your cough has been going on for a whole month and you just can't seem to get better? Why do bronchitis keep recurring? Do tonsillitis and ear infections keep recurring? What is the reason that we can't get rid of parasites? How can I cure painful dermatitis and chronic urticaria? Why does my candida keep recurring? What about canker sores, inflamed tendons, granulomas, headaches? The questions are endless.
The answer is always simple in the end. Nature always seeks balance. Sometimes, therefore, it initiates cleansing processes that allow the restoration of balance. Sometimes, these processes can be demanding and burdensome for the body and our psyche, so we need to support ourselves appropriately.
Why support yourself with CBD drops?
When a disease recurs, it is a sign that our endocannabinoid system is out of balance. If this system is out of balance, the chain of all other systems, from the immune, respiratory, hormonal, circulatory, musculoskeletal, etc., collapses quite quickly.
CBD drops are an extremely effective way to support the endocannabinoid system. They are certainly a basic support when a condition recurs or has been going on for a long time. In principle, lower doses are enough for milder conditions, but for more severe ones, it is good to reach for higher doses, as the endocannabinoid system needs more support.
Disease and synergy with medicinal mushrooms
In my experience, the most effective combinations are CBD drops, medicinal mushrooms and medicinal plants. Medicinal mushrooms have great potential in maintaining vitality and repairing damaged cells. That is why they are also very often used in cancer.
For recurring colds, when the immune system is weakened, it is advisable to use medicinal mushrooms Ganoderma, Chaga and Cordyceps. If you want to prepare them yourself, it is enough to make an infusion from the dried mushroom. This has traditionally been the most effective method.
Ganoderma strengthens the immune system by balancing its response. It is often used in allergy support protocols.
Chaga is a powerful antioxidant, which means it provides excellent protection for cells against damage and genetic changes, and maintains balance in all tissues.
Cordyceps is a wonderful support when we are exhausted, when we need a boost of vital energy that has easily run out due to recurring colds or inflammations. Cordyceps promotes faster recovery, improves oxygen content in cells, which is why athletes love it so much.
What about disease and medicinal plants?
There are many medicinal plants that we can use to help ourselves. When we have recurring colds and infections, it makes sense to use plants such as thyme, oregano, pine, eucalyptus, sage, cloves, cinnamon, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and pepper, due to their strong effect on the immune system.
We can make our own teas or tinctures from them. Most of these plants can also be used as spices in our daily diet. At home, we often make lemonades with honey or lemonades with ginger when we feel a scratchy throat.
Plants can also be used in the form of essential oils, which are suitable for internal use or as aromatherapy. Aromatherapy works great with very young children.
In my experience, spagyric forms of medicinal plants have proven to be the most effective so far. This is a special processing of medicinal plants that preserves their vital energy, ensures complete bioavailability and the absence of anything that is toxic and difficult for humans to digest.
When we want to address severe acute conditions, specially prepared herbal mixtures work best. The Pino comp.1 mixture (pine, white tea tree, mint and valerian) or Timo comp. (thyme, white tea tree, cloves, oregano and thyme) are used for bronchitis, pneumonia, cough, inflamed sinuses, bladder inflammation and lack of energy.
The Lemon comp.1 blend (lemon, cinnamon, thyme and thyme) addresses a weak immune system, feverish conditions, recurrent infections, and fatigue, which is a common companion of flu, colds and sore throats.
For intestinal, digestive and absorption problems, the Semi caldi mixture (star anise, Asian cumin, coriander, cumin and fennel) is used.
Let food be your medicine for illness
Of course, in all this, we must not forget that nutrition is a big part of the support protocol if we want to be healthy again. The most important recommendation is to eliminate everything that causes inflammation in our body. This is certainly industrially processed food.
The solution is to indulge in food that is fresh, alive, full of vitamins and minerals. That's why my protocols include a lot of lemons, oranges, ginger, vegetable juices, raw honey, vegetable and meat broths, raw milk and cream, eggs. Everything is easily digestible, because when I'm sick, I don't want to burden my body with heavy industrially processed food, but rather support it in the cleansing processes that are absolutely necessary.
Being empowered for self-healing
The more experience I have, the more I learn about my body and the processes that are a necessary part of maintaining balance. This knowledge gives me the feeling that I can trust my own body and the natural support I offer myself and others, as it has proven to be effective for many years.
It has always been important to me not to be afraid, because I often made the wrong decisions at that time. Knowing how to effectively support myself in the face of various illnesses gives me a sense of security and calm. I look for solutions within myself and think about what is best for me. Who else knows my body and my mood better than I do?
