Please read the general terms and conditions of the online store carefully, as they bind you the moment you enter our online store. Every transaction made through our online store is considered that you are familiar with the entire content of the general terms and conditions and that you have consented to the general terms and conditions offered without restrictions.

The provider reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice. The changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding for the user.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, doing business through the online store or accessing the store is sometimes not possible. Therefore, the provider reserves the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or all products for a specified or indefinite period of time. It can also limit or completely stop access to the website of the online store for a specified or indefinite period of time. The provider does not assume responsibility for the non-functioning of the store due to network failure, power failure or other technical disturbances that may temporarily or for a long time interfere with use.

Payment and delivery methods

1. Sales and Payments
When shopping online, the provider offers the following payment methods:

  • The consumer pays for the goods according to the proforma invoice by transfer to our TRR SI56 1010 0004 4715 249. When you receive the order confirmation to your email, make the transfer to the company's TRR. After the payment is received, the items can be picked up or sent to your address, depending on your prior selection. The invoice is attached to the shipment.
  • The consumer pays with payment cards VISA, MAESTRO or MASTERCARD (currently we do not allow card payments). With this method of payment, the consumer will be redirected to the website of the provider of means of payment. On the website of the payment service provider, the consumer will enter the data from the payment card. For security reasons, information about the consumer's payment card is visible only to the payment service provider as a card processor, so the entire billing process is carried out on the website of the payment service provider.
  • The consumer pays for the ordered goods upon collection and receives an invoice for it. With cash on delivery, you will pay the delivery service in cash or via a QR code. Please note that the delivery service of Pošta Slovenije charges a fee for this type of service. You pay the commission separately to the postman, the fee is not included in the value of the package.

2. Delivery
We accept orders through the online store. The ordered product will be delivered by regular mail. All orders before 2:00 p.m. are sent to the desired address within the next 3 days at most and are with the final buyer within 3 to 5 days.

For orders over €49.90, delivery is free, for orders under €49.90, we charge a basic shipping rate of €4.20.

In the case of cash on delivery, the post office charges an additional payment upon delivery, namely:

When ordering nutritional supplements, only the purchase price of the order is paid. An additional cost of €1.00 is payable in the case of paying for nutritional supplements with a bank card, if the postman has a POS terminal.

When ordering medicines, a UPN form is added to the package, for which Pošta Slovenije charges a fee. Unfortunately, we cannot show you this amount on your invoice and it is paid in full to the Post Office. Thank you for your understanding!

The cost of paying UPN, i.e. the commission charged by Pošta Slovenije:

  • up to a value of EUR 98.00: EUR 1.05
  • above 98 EUR to 501 EUR: 1.07% of value
  • above EUR 501: EUR 5.36

If the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. on working days from Monday to Friday, the product will be delivered by regular mail no later than 3-5 working days after the order is placed.

If the provider will not be able to fulfill his obligation because the goods will not be available, he will inform the buyer about this by phone or e-mail.

The products will be delivered in appropriate packaging that will ensure the confidentiality of the nature of the product.

In the event that the provider removes the ordered products on time, he is not responsible for the contractual contractor's overdue delivery period. Delivery is made to the address specified by the user during registration or ordering. In the event that no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notification about the arrived shipment or about the attempt to hand over the goods.

3. Purchase and return of goods

Order of product/products

  1. The buyer selects the desired product and clicks the "add to cart" button. When the product is added to the cart, it is also visible in it.
  2. If the selected product does not suit the buyer, he can remove it from the basket by clicking the "remove" button.
  3. If the buyer wants to continue with the purchase (he wants to buy other products), he clicks on "Continue shopping".
  4. When the customer has selected all the desired products, he clicks on the "Proceed to checkout" button.
  5. If you have a value coupon, enter it in the "Redeem Coupon" box.
  6. Once the customer confirms the order (click on the button "Confirm order"), it is no longer possible to change the order via the website.

Order in processing

  • After submitting the order, the customer receives an e-notification that his order has been accepted and is being processed.
  • For any changes or questions regarding the order, we are available to you on the phone number 040 614 617 every weekday between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Sending the product: the provider sends the goods to the buyer within the agreed time and in the agreed way. The buyer (in the agreed manner) takes over the goods.

4. Errors, exchanges, returns of products

A consumer in this chapter is a buyer (natural person) who acquires or uses products for purposes outside of his professional or gainful activity. In the other chapters, the term "customer" includes both the customer and the consumer.

Due to their nature, most products ordered through the online store www.biomons.com are not suitable for return in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act. This provision does not apply in cases of error or delivery of incorrect products.

If the delivered products differ from the ordered products (wrong product delivery), the buyer or consumer will return the delivered products and the provider will replace them with suitable ones free of charge. The provider also covers the costs of returning the originally delivered products. Products originally delivered can only be returned in unopened packaging with all accompanying documentation.

If the delivered products do not meet the characteristics or specifications of the ordered products (delivery of defective products), the buyer must notify the provider within eight days from the date of receipt of the product. If the defect could not be noticed during a normal inspection upon receipt (hidden defect), the buyer must inform Biomons 1 doo about it within eight days from the day he noticed the defect, otherwise he loses this right. The company Biomons 1 doo is not responsible for errors that appear after six months have passed since the product was delivered.

Consumer or the buyer must describe the error more precisely in the error notification and allow Biomons 1 doo to inspect the item.

The consumer or buyer, who has informed the provider in a timely and correct manner about the defect, has the right to demand from the provider within two years from the notification of the defect that:

  • fix a defect in the product or
  • refund part of the amount paid in proportion to the error or
  • replaces the defective product with a new flawless product or
  • returns the amount paid.

In any case, the consumer has the buyer also has the right to demand compensation from the provider for damages, and in particular reimbursement for the costs of materials, replacement products, work, transfer and transportation of products, which arise as a result of fulfilling the obligations from the previous paragraph.

Refunds depend on the payment method:

  • if the order was paid with a payment card, we return the funds to your card.
  • if the order is paid for in any other way (cash on delivery, online bank, pre-invoice), we will pay the funds exclusively to the transaction account from which the payment was made.

1. General rules

The organizer of the prize game is Biomons 1, storitve in trgovina doo, Pondor 14, 3304 Tabor (hereinafter Biomons 1).

When the organizer's business partner also participates as a co-organizer of the prize draw, the latter provides the prizes and carries out the prize draw, while the organizer carries out the prize draw on its websites and/or social networks, as specified in the text of the individual prize draw.

2. Conditions of participation in the prize game

Adults can participate in the prize games, but persons under the age of 18 must obtain the written consent of their parents or legal representatives to participate in the prize game.

Users of the Biomons 1 website and/or social networks can participate in the prize draw, unless the text of the announced prize draw stipulates otherwise. Registration and use of the website is free. In the event that the prize draw takes place via online social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok,...), all persons who are associated with the individual profile on which the prize draw takes place within the framework of the online social network, or all persons, can participate in the prize draw. who clicked the "Like" or "Like" button on this profile, unless the text of the prize draw provides otherwise.

Participation in the prize game is not conditional on the purchase of products in the online store www.biomons.si / www.biomons.com.

The participants of the prize game cover all the costs of participation in the prize game themselves.

Participation costs include, among others:

  • the cost of transferring data from the Internet.

Each individual can only enter a prize game once.

3. Course of the prize draw

A detailed presentation and course of each prize game is available on the website and/or social networks of Biomons 1.

The start and end date of each prize draw is published on the website and/or social networks where the prize draw is taking place.

By participating in the prize draw, the participant is deemed to accept these general conditions of participation in the prize draw and the conditions published on the website and/or social networks of Biomons 1.

The participant loses the right to the prize if the organizer determines that:

  • the participant did not meet the conditions of participation;
  • the participant has violated the rules and conditions of participation in the prize game;
  • the participant does not want to fulfill the obligations in accordance with these conditions or special conditions published on the website and/or social networks of Biomons 1 or has not fulfilled them in time;
  • in the case of applications: if the application is inadequate in any way.

4. Awards

Each participant of the prize game can receive only one of the prizes. If a participant is drawn twice or more, he receives the prize for which he was drawn first.

The type and description of the prizes are presented in the text of the prize draw announcement on the website and/or on the social networks of the company Biomons 1, where the prize draw also takes place.

Prizes are not exchangeable for another type of prize, payable in cash or transferable to third parties.

5. Prize draw

The prize drawing will take place on the day specified in the description of the prize game on the website and/or on the social networks of Biomons 1, but no later than 14 days after the end of the prize game at the headquarters of the organizer (Pondor 14, 3304 Tabor) or the co-organizer.

6. Notification of prize winners

The winner will receive notification of the prize via a private message to their profile on the social network where the prize draw is taking place or to their e-mail address, which they provided when the prize draw started on the website.

By participating in an individual prize game, the participant agrees that in the event of a draw, the organizer will publish him as the winner on the social media profiles of the company Biomons 1, and will also tag him. In the event that the prize game takes place only on the website, the participant agrees that in the event of a draw, the organizer will publish him as the winner on the website where the prize game is also taking place.

The list of winners will be published on the website and/or social media of Biomons 1 no later than three days after the prize draw. In the event that the draw is conducted by a co-organizer, the list will be published no later than ten days after the draw.

The results of the prize draw are final and cannot be appealed.

7. Receiving awards  

As a prize winner, the participant is entitled to receive the prize if the organizer or administrator of the Biomons 1 website and/or social networks informs them of the prize within the agreed deadline.

Prizes are taxed according to the Income Tax Act. The winner is liable to pay income tax in accordance with the Income Tax Act (other income, which also includes prizes). The advance income tax is calculated and paid by the organizer of the prize game or the co-organizer or sponsor who provides the prize.

To claim the prize, the winner must provide the following personal information upon written request from the organizer: name and surname, exact address of permanent residence, place of residence, tax number and tax office. For the purpose of notification of prize claim, the winner must also provide a contact telephone number. The winners have seven (7) days from the organizer's written request to provide their personal information to the organizer.

If the winner does not submit the required information within seven days of the date of the invitation, the prize will be forfeited.

8. Final provisions

To terminate participation in the prize draw, a request must be submitted to the email address: info@biomons.com.

By participating in the prize game, the participant is deemed to agree to these rules. The organizer reserves the right to change the rules if required by technical or commercial reasons or reasons on the part of the public. The organizer will inform the participants about all changes and innovations of the individual prize game by posting on the website and/or social networks of the company Biomons 1. 7. Participation in the QUIZ

The controller will protect the obtained data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. The controller will not, under any circumstances, forward or disclose the obtained data to third parties.

Biomons 1 doo, Pondor 14, 3304 Tabor (the controller) will use the data obtained when registering for the quiz on the website https://fidimed.si/ for the following purposes:

  • sending e-newsletters and useful tips by e-mail;
  • notification of events;
  • conducting prize games and market research;
  • statistical analyses; user segmentation; tracking clicks and opens of emails to improve and personalize email content;
  • direct marketing, information about news, promotions and benefits of the company and its partners;
  • using phone calls (including mobile phones), SMS messages and regular mail.

Obtained data that is stored (permanently or until revoked by its owner):

  • email address,
  • which messages the user opened and which links they clicked in the messages.

8. Responsibility

Biomons 1 doo is not responsible for the consequences of treatment that arise from the use of a dietary supplement that is not in accordance with the instructions for use for the ordered dietary supplements and other products.

Biomons 1 doo is not responsible for disruptions in the service that are a result of the user's actions (e.g. a computer infected with viruses) or providers of the path or infrastructure used by the online store service (e.g. an internet outage).

Protection of personal data

The provider is committed to permanently protecting all user personal data.

Under no circumstances will the user's data be disclosed to unauthorized persons.

The user is also responsible for protecting personal data by ensuring the security of their username and password.

9. Communication

The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not expressly object to this. The user can indicate this during the registration process. Advertising emails will contain the following components:

  • they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,

The provider reviews opinions before publishing and rejects those that contain obvious untruths, are misleading or offensive. The provider is not responsible for the information in the opinions and disclaims any liability arising from the information in the opinions.

11. Complaints and disputes

The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to process it, and keep them informed about the progress of the procedure.

The Provider is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the Provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
