What is informed water?

No. You can leave the bottle open or close it with a stopper. The stopper can protect the water in the bottle from external influences.

When pouring water into the i9 bottle, I sometimes notice bubbles on the sides of the bottle. Why?
This is a completely normal phenomenon if there is oxygen in the water. Pouring water into the bottle can increase the level of oxygen in the water, which is why bubbles appear along the walls of the bottle. As with all bubbles, the air rises to the surface of the water, where the bubbles disappear. If you leave the bottle open, the bubbles will disappear faster.

When pouring water into the i9 bottle, the water is sometimes cloudy. Why?
Cloudy water is usually the result of higher pressure in the pipes, but it can also be caused by small bubbles of oxygen in the water. This is completely normal and the water usually clears up after a few moments.

What happens to the water if I pour it into a regular glass or bottle?
Once water is informed, it will retain its natural molecular structure. Detailed tests showed a slight improvement in the quality of the water contained in the i9 bottle for a further three hours. If you pour informed water into an aluminum or plastic bottle, it will lose its natural structure faster.

Instructions for use
How should I use the i9 bottle?
Simply fill the i9 bottle with tap water or bottled water. Wait three minutes and enjoy the natural restructured water.

How should I clean the i9 bottle?
Interior
For the best possible performance of the informed i9 bottle, clean its interior with diluted white (alcohol) vinegar, which can be purchased at any grocery store. Pour approx. into the bottle. 0.5 dl of diluted vinegar and let it work for about 10 minutes, then wash the bottle thoroughly with clean water.

Exterior
Clean the outside of the i9 informed bottle only with clean water and make sure that the water jet never presses on the informed label. Do not clean the bottle with alcohol or other abrasives that could damage or remove the label.

Food and protein shakes
If you use the i9 bottle for protein shakes, smoothies or similar drinks that leave more stains on the bottle, we recommend that you clean the bottle with a special brush that you can buy in our online store. WARNING! DO NOT use metal brushes for cleaning, as this may damage the surface of the bottle and void the warranty.

When you clean the bottle, you should also clean the brush, especially if there are bits of food on it, as they can cause bacteria to develop over time.

Do not clean the i9 bottle in the dishwasher, as the informative label and the information in it may be damaged.

How should I clean the brush?
Instructions for cleaning the brush:
Soak the brush in hot water with some dish detergent or alcohol vinegar, which is a natural cleaner and disinfectant. Soak the brush for at least 30 minutes.

Remove food particles that are between the brushes and rinse the brush regularly with warm water to clean it thoroughly.
Rinse with warm water.

Maintenance
Can the information label on the bottle be damaged?
Yes. The information label can be damaged by strong impact, pressure or rubbing of the label.

Can the i91422 information label be replaced?
Information label replacement is only possible for registered i91422 users who should address their written requests to customer service at info@biomons.com. Proof of purchase is required.

Or a damaged bottle or informed sticker void my warranty?
Yes. A broken or severely damaged bottle voids the product warranty. A removed, discolored or damaged information label or numerical codes on it will void the product warranty. A damaged label no longer affects water quality.
