CBD drops and the question of whether we can calm down?
CBD drops and sedation
Thoughts and advice from Tjaša Korelc, Cannabinoid Support Consultant and Traditional Western Medicine, on ways to calm down. CBD drops are also one of the solutions.
Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation where the stress is so high that it throws us off track. Our nervous system is irritated, we are hypersensitive to many external factors, be it loud talking, music, screaming children, heavy traffic...we simply can't take it anymore and our system fails.
It happened to me when I was overtired and malnourished after giving birth. The skin on my back hurt, I was incredibly irritable, I wanted peace and solitude. Every action of the child and the husband was superfluous. And it gave me a terrible feeling of guilt and helplessness.
I knew I had to support my nervous system.
During my studies, it also happened to me that I was going to sleep and could not close my eyes. My chest was tighter and tighter and I was getting restless, I was breathing shallowly and I didn't know whether to cry, scream or laugh. It was a panic attack. I experienced it for the first time in my life and I knew that in such cases it is not good to stay still. So I went for a walk, I breathed deeply and before going to sleep I did sit-ups and push-ups until I felt that relaxation again when I could fall asleep.
Every experience was worth its weight in gold, so that I could understand what happens to others when they have anxiety attacks, panic, when everything bothers them, when they are too tired to even smile at anyone, when we simply cannot get rid of the inner restlessness....
The nervous system is overworked, malnourished and unable to do its job as expected. There are solutions for all of this that we can try on ourselves, solutions that have worked for me and everyone I advise. It is necessary to realize that natural solutions have side effects: well-being and resolution of the problem. For some, they will work immediately, while for others, a little more patience is required and it does not happen overnight, especially when the condition is chronic or has been going on for a long time.
The nervous system needs rest, so let's regulate our sleep rhythm.
It is necessary to properly feed it with quality fats, which should be as little processed as possible, preferably raw. I myself use raw milk, cream, butter, cheeses, cold-pressed olive oil, occasionally avocado, linseed oil, hemp oil, coconut butter, shea butter, cocoa butter, eggs and bone broth.
When the nervous system is well-nourished, we feel this as inner peace, which returns very quickly, even if we had a more stressful situation.
I also use the sacred plant hemp, which does its job perfectly and quickly. It ensures the balance of our internal communication system and the correct response of the nervous system. The human body is built in such a way that it can cope with occasional stressful situations, but it is more difficult to regenerate when the stress is chronic and repeated day after day. This can deplete our endocannabinoid system and make it unable to balance the systems in the body. That's why cannabis is such an important ally in today's world. When we can't do it ourselves, he supports us.
The dosage of cannabis is very different for each individual and we must always adapt it to ourselves and our feelings. That's why we always add CBD drops slowly and start with the smallest dose. In this way, we can monitor the responses of our endocannabinoid system to CBD drops and more easily determine how much cannabis we need for the desired result. For CBD drops, less is more.
It is also important to know that those prone to anxiety and panic attacks respond better to THC-free CBD drops, as THC can sometimes also trigger feelings of anxiety. Therefore, it is good to know which preparation from the sacred plant suits you best.
In addition to cannabis, I also use spagyric medicinal mushrooms for the nervous system, such as hericium and phellinus, and ganoderma or luminescent mushroom and chaga are also often used.
Mushrooms and calming
Fringed mustache resembles a lion's mane, these hairs resemble the nervous system, especially their white color. It is known to be used in degenerative nerve diseases such as Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, memory loss, cognitive disorders, neuropathies, depression, anxiety. The power of fringed wart lies in the regeneration of the nervous system and the synthesis of myelin. At the same time, it also supports the entire gastroenteric apparatus and is an excellent aid for ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, ulcers and all changes in the permeability of the intestinal mucosa. The brain and gut are directly connected, and I always take that into account when dealing with such symptoms.
Willow float is a hard woody mushroom that grows on decaying willows. Mushrooms are in deep symbiosis with trees and plants around and connect the entire plant world. Willow bark contains many medicinal substances that protect the nervous system from inflammation and degeneration. It is therefore suitable for preventing the breakdown of the myelin sheath, which is why I often use it in combination with a fringed nipple. In addition, it supports the proper functioning of the liver, has detoxifying properties and is an excellent support in the diagnosis of cancer.
ganoderma, also known as reishi, is known for its immunomodulatory and adaptogenic properties. It helps us to adapt more easily to stressful situations and gives tone to the entire system. It is also an excellent support for reduced immune conditions and allergic reactions. When I saw a picture of spagyric ganoderma under a microscope on a black background, I understood why it works the way it does. I saw a crystal grid of pentagons, pure harmony. Ganoderma creates harmony in the body where there is none.
Chaga it is also an adaptogen, and at the same time strongly protects cells from damage. Its antioxidant capacity is one of the highest among natural substances. It grows on birch trees and is therefore full of betulinic acid, which is of great importance in medicine. It causes the programmed death of cancer cells, while protecting healthy cells. Because it is full of melanin, it is no coincidence that it is an excellent support for skin cancer. Melanin is one of the most important substances for maintaining mental health and can promote deep awareness and intelligence.
Both Chinese and Western alchemists believed that mushrooms came from heaven and held a special place in the pharmacopoeia. Research shows that today we already know more than 14,000 species of mushrooms, but this is only 10% of all existing mushrooms. Of these known mushrooms, 200 have medicinal value, of which 75 are found in China. In the past few decades, research on mushrooms has expanded greatly, and information about their benefits has also spread among the general population. The special feature of spagyric processing is precisely that the mushrooms become bioavailable, since they no longer have chitin and mucus, which is not useful to humans and makes it difficult to absorb the other medicinal ingredients. In the spagyric processing of mushrooms, there are no heavy metals or other toxic impurities, which mushrooms like to absorb as "cleaners" of the soil. Above all, the analyzes showed that the mushroom remains "alive", its vitality is not destroyed, but is transferred to the one who consumes it.
A combination of sleep, food, sacred plant and mushrooms it certainly brings great changes in the field of our nervous system and other systems. If we are facing difficult situations, have a bad period and need support for our mental, psychological and physical health, then these combinations are definitely worth trying.
Where there's a will, there's a way.
