On social media, we can easily find a thousand and one ways to detoxify our bodies, which will lead us to better health. Some recommend fruit diets, others use special preparations, others use olive oil and bitter salt, and still others avoid meat. I could say that there are as many ways as there are people.
And in reality, it is just like that. Because every body requires different treatment, and above all, every mind requires different treatment. However, as human beings, we have many things in common, and most of all, we have in common that we belong to the same natural laws, that everything in nature works according to these laws, and when we do not take these into account, illness and malaise occur.
Even at detoxification diets and protocols it is necessary to take into account natural laws, because otherwise you will get sick.
Balanced body detoxification
The main principle is that our body, with the help of endocannabinoid system It constantly establishes balance at the cellular level. If it were not for this, our body would simply collapse and life processes would shut down. So our body is constantly activating and deactivating the processes that maintain this balance.
If I were to describe the workings of all these processes in a simplified way, I would say that the body is looking for balance honey nutritional processes and cleaning processesBy nutritional processes I mean those processes that enable the absorption of nutrients into the body, cells, etc. Nutrients can be vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, water, etc. All of these nutrients are essential for the proper functioning of the body.

There is more and more of this in today's world and it is difficult to avoid it all. Industrially processed food is a big factor in the toxicity of the body. And we can do a lot in this area ourselves. It is difficult to avoid heavy metals in the air.
Our body triggers to maintain balance cleaning processes, which can manifest as fungal infections, fever, sore throat, headache, dermatitis, or even more serious medical conditions. This happens when the toxic load is too great for the body to eliminate quickly enough without consequences. The longer these toxins are in our bodies, the more damage they can cause.
Most health-conscious people are well aware of this, which is why detox protocols are so popular.
Balance between nutritional processes
But it is important to know that the body uses up its reserves of minerals, vitamins, fats, etc. during the detoxification process. Our task is to help the body maintain a balance between nutritional processes and cleansing processes. If we initiate a major detoxification with, for example, a fruit diet, the possibility of getting sick is quite high if we are not sufficiently nourished with vitamins and minerals and fats. Not because there is anything wrong with the fruit diet, but because the cleansing process was stronger than the nutritional one. The scales tipped towards the cleansing side, instead of remaining in the middle.
But because it is actually very difficult to assess our cellular nutrition, we never know how quickly that scale can tip if we decide to do a detox protocol. My body has always reacted quite quickly to environmental toxins, so I have never resorted to drastic detox protocols myself. I always do slowly, with gentle ways to stay healthy, feel good, and have the right immune response.
Live food
The basic way I maintain balance is by eating with live food. This is food that is full of nutrients, not treated with chemicals, mostly grown on local soil. I enjoy what my body craves. Of course, this craving also needs to be interpreted correctly if I happen to think of chips. My body probably needs more minerals at that time, and I get that with bone broth or honey water (raw honey and water), or maybe lemonade with honey and a few grains of local sea salt.
Living food is the foundation for getting the substances that are the building blocks of our body, cells, and processes. This is especially important when it comes to chronic diseases.
In addition to food, I occasionally drink soaked water to detoxify my body. claywhich is full silicon, which binds to aluminum, which is found everywhere. Aluminum has nothing to do in our body except harm. I drink clay two or three times a week for a short period of time when I feel the need, I never drink it every day for 20 days in a row, because I could trigger too strong a cleansing process and get sick.
