Nervous system and first aid
Nervous system and inflammatory processes
The brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system. All of these make up our nervous system, without which we would not be able to perceive our surroundings or move our bodies. The well-known vagus nerve (actually two nerves) is the longest of the twelve nerves that emerge from the head and is also called the pneumogastric nerve, as it is the connection between the brain and the digestive tract, and also affects breathing and heartbeat.
Nerve cells are mostly made up of fat, partly protein, and some water. And it is through these cells that electrical signals are transmitted, which are essential for our lives.
The nervous system is by nature extremely sensitive. That is why in our rather toxic world, more and more problems with the nervous system are appearing. We know countless people who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, their hands shake, they have neuropathic pain for which no cause can be found... Bell's palsy, cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy, sciatica, herpes zoster, etc... these are just some of the most famous.
All of them have inflammatory processes in common. Usually, there is also considerable toxicity in the body, which can subsequently also be manifested in the nervous system. But our organism is intelligent and has built-in mechanisms through which it helps to remove excess toxins from the body. Sometimes this manifests itself as a disease. This is not a final sentence.
Because we know that how we deal with such illnesses on a mental level is extremely important, let us support you with some guidelines that have had a positive effect on improving the condition or even healing.
It is always necessary to look at our organism holistically, as the body is only a reflection of a higher intelligence that expresses itself through it.
The connection between the brain and the digestive tract
The vagus nerve connection between the brain and the gut is crucial. A healthy microbiome contributes significantly to a healthy brain. So we know that the nervous system is made up of fats, and therefore the best results are achieved by consuming fats, which must be high-quality and unprocessed.
Vegetable fats: cold-pressed flax, hemp, olive, coconut butter, avocado oils.
Animal fats: raw milk (cow, goat or sheep), raw cream, butter, raw or minimally processed free-range eggs, salmon, sashimi, fish oil (krill).
Cold-pressed vegetable fats have the property of cleansing the body well, while animal fats also help regenerate damaged nerves.
We must be careful about fats that are heat-treated, as these should be completely avoided if you are sick.
Of course, your diet should be full of fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as overnight soaked nuts, to alkalize your body and replenish minerals and vitamins. And don't forget about two super mushrooms: Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) and willow bark (Phellinus Ignarius).
Fringed mustache It stimulates nerve growth factor and myelin synthesis, and is also known to protect mucous membranes and have exceptional gastroprotective properties. It is a good antioxidant and has prebiotic value.
Willow float has a similar protective function for the nervous system and prevents degeneration, has a beneficial effect on the liver and antibacterial activity on antibiotic-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Both mushrooms act on the immune system and are used successfully in degenerative diseases of the nervous system.
In addition, it is of utmost importance to use quality CBD product, as this will help to heal faster and reduce damage if it is already occurring. CBD It has extraordinary regenerative abilities, is anti-inflammatory and stimulates the formation of new nerve cells. It is precisely because of its effect on the entire system that it is very successfully used in depression, anxiety, panic attacks and wherever there is a bad mood. When the nervous system is in order, it is easier to regulate processes in the body.
Once we have these basics covered, we add calming walks and a loving environment in which we feel safe and calm, where there are no additional stresses that could worsen our health condition.
Our nerves support us very well in our daily tasks, so it's only right that we give them back and feed them the right building blocks. Fats, hemp, mushrooms and rest!
Let me share with you another simple and delicious recipe, which I often make: I mix raw milk, an egg, a spoonful of honey and some vanilla and drink a glass or two. I never run out of energy!
