Killing many birds with one stone
Many people are plagued by an increasing number of different problems. Solving each of them usually creates additional ones. That is why it is wiser to think about what they have in common and whether we can solve several problems with one move. Since everything starts at the cellular level, it is best to find solutions at this level.
Disease does not come, but we create it!
Many people find it difficult to accept the fact that illness does not attack us, that it is not something external, but that we create it ourselves, with a poor lifestyle. If the body is full of toxins, metabolic waste, lack of oxygen, vital substances ... favorable conditions are created for the settlement and reproduction of harmful microbes that cause infection. Moreover, such an environment not only allows the development of harmful microbes, it can also cause damage at the cellular level and even the development of cancer cells. Therefore, it is not surprising that for any problem or illness, the first step of any good holistic and natural therapy is a return to a healthy lifestyle. Managing stress, ensuring enough rest and sleep, physical activity, adequate hydration, eating organic food ... all this allows our internal environment to remain or become healthy again, and thus our cells as well. By taking the above into account, numerous natural preparations can also help the body at the cellular level. We list a few of them below.
How to multiply the healing powers of nature
Cascade fermented preparations or bioconcentrates are the product of a patented cascade lactic acid fermentation of organic dates, figs, walnuts, coconut, lemons, soybeans, onions, celery, artichokes, millet, peas, saffron and turmeric. This process was designed to mimic the digestion in the human body. The final ferment of this process is a completely natural preparation that contains all the healing properties of the original raw materials. Moreover, fermentation not only preserves the set of vital substances from the basic nutrients, it can also increase them. Therefore, in such a fermented preparation, even more vitamins and antioxidants can be found than in the same amount of nutrients in raw form.
Because the incoming nutrients are broken down into tiny molecules during the fermentation process, micronutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, etc. are easily absorbed into the body's cells. They are therefore easily absorbed and utilized by the body, which is especially important for anyone who has problems digesting food.
Such a ferment is particularly distinguished by its wide range of enzymes and enzyme components. Why is this good? If the enzyme system "goes on strike" or does not function optimally, this leads to premature aging and disease. When the enzyme system is blocked, even a good range of vital substances does not help us, because the body cannot use them without enzymes.
In practice, the enzyme system is further disrupted by consuming food full of enzyme destroyers (pesticides, preservatives, etc.) or food without enzymes (highly processed fast food, long-stored, irradiated, overheated or sterilized food, etc.). It is also disrupted by chronic stress, lack of physical activity, and obesity. These burden the enzyme system because they contribute to the accumulation of waste products and toxins and lead to cell damage. Some signs of an enzyme system “strike” are fatigue, poor concentration, a tendency to infections, apathy, skin problems, etc.
By taking bioconcentrates, we can help the body on several levels. We will not only regulate the acid-base balance by adding bases, but also by regulating the activity of the body's enzymes that are responsible for regulating the acid-base balance. We will not only effectively help the body's cells to replace the depleted reserves of vital substances, but we will also stimulate them to produce more intracellular energy. Taking cascade fermented preparations contributes to the restoration of mitochondria (the cellular power plants), which will result in more energy being produced (and retained) in the cells. Since bioconcentrates also improve the function of the most powerful cellular antioxidant, glutathione, the toxicity of cells and tissues will be effectively reduced. It is no wonder that many people call bioconcentrates an organic body balm, as they are an excellent aid in increasing the efficiency of "internal batteries".
How does cannabis strengthen the immune system?
CBD (cannabidiol) is one of the many cannabinoids in hemp resin. It is found in the buds of the plant and is used for medicinal purposes. Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which also exhibits medicinal effects, CBD does not have psychoactive effects.
How can CBD from industrial hemp resin help us?
The human body is capable of producing endocannabinoids, which are responsible for communication between cells, tissues and organs. Problems arise if their production decreases. Cannabinoids act as a kind of brake (SOS mechanism) that calms the nervous system so that cells do not become overloaded; they are messengers of messages between nearby cells. They are synthesized with the help of enzymes, namely "on demand" (only when we are stressed, sick, in pain, etc.), i.e. they are not stored for later use. They are released from the cell membrane of one cell, and then, by binding to cannabinoid receptors (e.g. CB1 or CB2), they deliver the message to the neighboring cell. Because their messages move in the opposite direction to normal intercellular signals, they act as medicinal substances. Thus, they inhibit the secretion of insulin into the blood, relieve pain, calm the immune system, etc. The human body produces six endocannabinoids. When their production is impaired and we are under stress or in pain, plant-based CBD can help. It binds to the CB2 receptor sites on tissue cells that are associated with the immune system. The cells accept CBD as the body's own cannabinoids, which allows the immune system to be rebalanced.
CB2 receptors are primarily responsible for anti-inflammatory and autoimmune therapeutic effects, which is why the plant cannabinoid CBD can help with autoimmune diseases (Chrohn's disease, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.) and other problems related to the nervous, cardiovascular, digestive, immune, and skin systems.
How do omega-3 fats help?
Sources of omega-3 fats are essential fatty acids. They are found in flaxseeds and oil, walnut kernels and oil, hemp seeds and oil, chia seeds, fish oil, krill oil capsules, etc.
Omega-3 fats are a component of both the cell membrane and all intracellular membranes (e.g. the mitochondrial membrane). Therefore, their deficiency can significantly affect the health of cells. Omega-3 fats also participate in intra- and extracellular communication. Dr. Budwig believed that intra- and extracellular communication is good when there are many essential fatty acids in the membrane composition, and is worse or even interrupted when there are many artificial trans fatty acids in the membrane (conventional margarines, pâtés, cookies, etc.). These do not have the properties of natural fats, and therefore cannot perform their functions. The result of disturbances in the transfer of substances and information through membranes can be the deterioration of the health of cells, tissues, and organs. In addition to the above, omega-3 fats are also the raw material for the formation of prostaglandins and leukotrienes, which inhibit inflammation, lower blood pressure, and maintain smooth muscle tone. In addition, they regulate the production of insulin and other metabolic hormones. It is therefore not surprising that consuming omega-3 fats also relieves depression and dementia, reduces hyperactivity, improves mental abilities, memory and concentration, stabilizes heart rate, prevents heart attacks...
As you can read in radiation handbook, with the help of omega-3 fats, we also protect cells from damage caused by radiation.
