My skin is soft and smooth and loves the sun
Skin and sun
Skin and the sun - an increasingly topical topic. "Which factor will you apply to your skin? What natural cream do you use? I'm allergic to the sun and I don't even go to the beach without cream."
I will tell my story. Ever since I was a little girl, my skin has been extremely sensitive. Of course, my mom put cream on me to protect me from burns, and I got a bad rash. Every time. And that's why I walked in the sun without cream and sometimes rubbed my burnt shoulders and nose with cold yogurt in the evening, sometimes with aloe vera, and with ribodermin....the little girl who excitedly walks among the stones with a hammer and looks for crystals, you just can't stop . The next day I continued my hike.
It's still like that today, but today I know why I don't apply creams and why it's wiser to take care of healthy skin from the inside as well. Everything that I put on the skin must be edible, because absolutely everything, really all the ingredients, are absorbed through the skin into the inside of the body.
On one of educations, Dr. Tanja Bagar mentioned investigations of breast tumors, where tumor samples and deodorant samples were compared. Yes, they were a perfect match. That's why I'm very careful about what I put on my skin. If I didn't pay attention to it, the skin itself would protest, so I have no other choice but to follow the intelligence of my body.
The skin is our first line of defense
The skin is our largest organ, which at the same time limits and connects man and the outside world. It is our first line of defense, although you could say that the heart detects when something is wrong much earlier.
I used to say that I had problems with my skin, as if it was separate from me and what was going on in my body. I had herpes, painful acne on my back, rashes of all kinds on my face, hives, itching, wounds, warts, scars...
The scars remain, but I have a different relationship with my skin. Today, I am happy that my skin reacts very quickly to all toxins, internal and external, because I immediately react and find solutions myself.
I got confirmation of this very early on, when I was still living in Italy. After countless ringworms I was taken to the doctor and he looked me in the eye and calmly told me to think about why I was so angry. It was a completely different reaction than expected and I felt such strength and pride and joy inside me and what now? It was the truth. I was a 13-year-old teenager with a lot of anger inside me. Why is another story.
There were several solutions, over the years I found new, better solutions, but in the beginning the change in food was important. Since we lived on a farm, this step was spontaneous and my body and mind were very grateful for such living food. Industrially processed food is not good for anyone, and our skin shows this.
In the 8th grade of elementary school, my teacher explained to me that nettle cleans the blood and that it will help with painful acne on my back. Then we went to the pool and I was ashamed to show my back. Among my solutions, I have added various teas that help cleanse the body and regulate hormones.
Teenage years are when many people are "purified" and we can hardly imagine a teenager without pimples. But this is only a reflection of our toxicity. Our skin does its job of eliminating inappropriate substances very well, and it is good to support it in this process.
But we know that many times we are advised to do the opposite, that the symptom just disappears. But we apply corticosteroid creams, which work for a while, but then the condition worsens, and in the long run, our skin is destroyed. Or with creams that contain additional toxins that the skin will have to excrete again. "Allergy to the sun" is such an example. The sun gives us life, the sun sometimes stimulates detoxification through the skin and that's when some people get rashes. If you smear yourself with factor creams, you will be in a vicious circle. It is necessary to act thoughtfully.
If and when we understand that the skin is our ally, then we find the right solutions.
Skin, tanning and the sun
I apply shea, coconut, and cocoa butter to my wet skin when I feel that my skin needs "food." If I've been in the sun for a long time, I apply oil. When I get out of the sea, I prefer to stay quite salty, because these minerals are absorbed through the skin and heal it. Of course, my skin was tight at first, but not anymore since I've been eating enough raw fats.
If I get a pimple, today I apply shea butter on it. Sometimes I was suggested to lubricate with essential oils or even alcohol, but my skin did not tolerate this well. I apply the essential oil with fat when bitten by mosquitoes or ticks.
I recently applied CBD oil to some strange marks, they dried up and disappeared.
CBD and above all CBG are known to bring balance to all skin problems and inflammations. Various dermatitis, psoriasis, ringworm, eczema, deep wounds that do not heal... all of this must be addressed both externally and internally. Enjoying the combination CBD+CBG therefore, it makes a lot of sense if we are facing any of these ailments.
And we don't rub anything into the skin that we wouldn't eat ourselves (cold-pressed oils and butters and raw honey).
In the summer, there is also a lot of mention of skin cancer, which "surprisingly" appears mostly where the sun does not shine. We were taught that the sun is the causative agent. Obviously, this is not the case. Higher concentrations of CBD and CBG are required for melanomas (e.g. 30% CBD and 5% CBG), and two medicinal mushrooms are also used very successfully: CHAGA and MAITAKE.
In case of dermatitis, it comes into play the most GANODERMA, as it addresses the immune component, which is often present. In any case, I would definitely apply CBD and CBG to the skin in smaller concentrations, as we have cannabinoid receptors there as well.
For itching, apple cider vinegar worked best for me, which I diluted heavily with water and patted on the skin. After that, I smeared with shea butter and the matter was resolved. If it is diluted enough, there are no problems even with children.
Now for one last warning. We need to give the skin at least a few days before we condemn it to defeat. Healing is not a pill that erases everything that ails us overnight. Healing is a process. Sometimes we come to a solution quickly, sometimes it takes a lifetime, especially if we tackled our already chronic condition late. But don't let that make you despair. Only love for ourselves can lead us on the right path and give us the strength to persevere until we are healed. I'm always happy when I see a soul awakening to self-love and self-healing. Welcome.
