Strengthening the immune system
Strengthening the immune system and self-help
We can no longer pretend that everything is the same as before. The spirit of the times encourages us to focus on ourselves and take care of strengthening the immune system, positive thoughts that create our reality, and our good mood. It has become obvious that we are responsible for our own health, and some are doing well, while others are on the way to this realization.
The public is bombarded daily with a myriad of information that instills fear, doubt and quick but possibly dangerous solutions. We know that fear lowers the immune system. So why should we be afraid when we have no reason to be?
Our immune system is a miracle of nature and can serve us very well if we know how to support it in the right ways. And since we are not only mechanical beings, but also have emotions and spiritual aspirations, it makes sense to support each other holistically.
An integrated approach, however, requires conscious action. If we understand what is happening to us, it is easier to find the right solution. During these special times, we may be dealing with powerful cleansing and inflammatory processes.
Strengthening the immune system, cannabis and mushrooms
Hemp is one of the most widely acting plants we know. Namely, it works on our endocannabinoid system, which regulates all other body systems. That is why it is of high quality CBD basic support with which we ensure anti-inflammatory action and regulation of the immune response. Medicinal mushrooms also have a similar broad action, but they must be prepared in such a way that they have the highest possible bioavailability. We cannot digest chitin. The spagyric processing of mushrooms allows us to get all their medicinal substances from them, but not those that are indigestible and useless for humans. In addition, mushrooms are good prebiotics that have a beneficial effect on our microbiome.
Ganoderma or Reishi it has a strong immunomodulatory effect, so it is used wherever there is an imbalance in the immune response (allergies, cancer, gastroenteric problems, hepatitis B, altitude sickness, lack of energy). It also prevents abnormal cell growth.
Hericium or fringed beard is a mushroom that has a very beneficial effect on the nervous system. Namely, it promotes the regeneration of the nervous system and the myelin sheath (Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, cognitive disorders, multiple sclerosis, depression, anxiety). In addition, it also has gastroprotective properties (gastrointestinal cancer, dysbiosis, colitis, candida).
Chaga it is the queen among medicinal mushrooms due to its exceptional tonic adaptogenic properties. The melanin content in Chaga is the highest in nature, and it has antioxidant and genoprotective effects. So chaga protects mitochondrial DNA, but at the same time has a selective cytotoxic effect (cancer, HIV, herpes simplex, eczema, inflammatory bowel processes, influenza).
When the acute condition is more difficult to tolerate, it makes sense to also use high doses of vitamin C, which has very good absorption. In principle, there is never too much.
The immune system and nutrition
Many other important substances that affect our immune system can be obtained from suitable food.
Real living food is the one that provides the basic building blocks for our body to function as it should. We are talking, of course, about local organic and unprocessed food that contains enough raw fat. Namely, fats are the basic building blocks for the endocannabinoid system, for the nervous system and for hormones.
We can find raw quality fats in: cold-pressed vegetable oils (olive, flax, hemp, coconut fat, etc.) and from animal sources of grazing animals (raw milk, cream, butter, cottage cheese).
Vegetable oils they are more cleansing, while raw dairy products bind toxins and regenerate tissues. Bone broth can be a very good source of minerals.
Quercetin is a strong antioxidant found in foods with a lot of red-purple color (red onions, red wine, green and black tea, kale, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, blueberries, apples...).
Zinc the body needs it in many processes, but the body does not store it, so we have to eat it (legumes, seeds, nuts, raw dairy products, free-range eggs, dark chocolate, red meat, oysters,...)
Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin important for immune functions, for vision and proper development of organs (meat, poultry, dairy products, especially in the liver - in the form of retinol; or as beta-carotene in cooked carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, kale, turnip greens , raw red peppers, spinach, lettuce, nectarines, grapefruits, melons and apricots...).
Famous vitamin D it's actually a kind of hormone and it's easiest to get it with a healthy way of sunbathing and a sufficient intake of raw fats (dairy, blue fish, cod liver oil, free-range eggs, mushrooms).
Iodine is an important element that we get in algae, but be careful not to overdo it.
In addition to dietary changes, it is important for our immune system to exercise enough in nature. Movement such as a walk or a run can stimulate our lymph to remove toxins from the body more easily, so that we are not acidified (even in our behavior) and burdened with poisons, it raises our endorphin and anandamide levels, so we feel more relaxed, satisfied and calmed. By warming up the body, we give it support in the fight against various viruses and bacteria. A sauna or a warm bath can also be beneficial.
If you are independent enough and know how to support yourself, this information will help you to choose between the right preparations and food for support. However, if you are indecisive and do not find yourself with all this information, it makes sense to consult with someone who can accompany you on your healing journey so that you know what is happening and how you are progressing every step of the way.
